It takes a whole village to raise a child.
I create a safe, accepting and non-judgmental environment for my clients.
I enjoy working with children and youth, and incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of each client. In sessions, I often draw from Play Therpy, Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. I am passionate about working with a diverse range of client’s to help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential.
