I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers of children facing behavioural challenges, providing strategies that align with their values. My relational and strengths-based approach encourages positive change and healthy family dynamics.

As a Kelty Mental Health & BC Children’s Hospital Parent Advisory Committee member, I am committed to addressing the mental health needs of children and families. I accept caregivers of children aged 3 to 17 for telehealth sessions. I adapt my approach based on the needs of the client, and modalities used may include: CBT, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), the Gottman method, and more.
